In daily movement, there are a lot of mind - body awareness skills in play.
These skills keep us upright and are used to move in a balanced and controlled manner. When we don't use them correctly or lose the capabilities, falls happen.
Tai Chi and Qigong principles are great for building and enhancing our movement and walking skills.
Over the last 17 years, I have developed my methods of teaching those skills to many hundreds of students, with many over the age of 75.
